Reclaiming Spirituality
Where do you most commonly have something you’d consider a spiritual experience?
For some folks, this is in a formal setting such as a church, synagogue, or mosque. And for those who don’t participate in an organized religion, the same concept might fall within a lunar ritual, tarot card draw, or guided meditation.
For others, it’s in vast expanses of nature, like hiking through a forest, swimming in an ocean, or staring up at the night sky from the middle of a field.
And there are those who find their most in-depth spiritual experiences in conversations with friends, while having sex, or being engaged in the work they do.
There is no “right way” to experience your spirituality.
Which inherently also means there’s no “wrong way” to experience your spirituality.
But where does it most commonly occur for you?
Whatever the answer to that question is, I want to invite you to expand upon it and offer it a little intentionality.
By incorporating our spiritual experiences into our lives, even just 2% more, we can offer ourselves more depth in our daily lives. And we can start to find more magic in the mundane. It helps us to create a bit more meaning to what we might otherwise gloss over.
Here’s to your expansive spirituality!
